Welcome to MeddialCare, a comprehensive multi‑vendor marketplace for medical equipment, devices, consumables, parts, and digital health solutions. By accessing or using the MeddialCare platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MeddialCare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws governing the platform.


2. Definitions

* Platform: The MeddialCare website, app, and related digital services.

* User: Any individual or organization accessing the platform.

* Vendor: Any manufacturer, distributor, or service provider listing products or services.

* Buyer: Any hospital, clinic, lab, pharmacy, or individual purchasing on the platform.

* MeddialPlus: MeddialCare’s financing and payment‑flexibility service.

* Meddialer: MeddialCare’s repair, installation, and maintenance service.


3. Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering binding contracts. Healthcare institutions must provide required documentation to access restricted medical equipment categories.


4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


5. Marketplace Role & Responsibilities

MeddialCare acts as a (facilitator) enabling transactions between buyers and vendors. The platform:

* Verifies vendors to the best of its ability.

* Provides logistics and procurement tools.

* Hosts product listings and digital health solutions.

MeddialCare is (not) the manufacturer of listed products unless explicitly stated.


6. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

* Provide accurate product descriptions.

* Ensure items are genuine, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards.

* Fulfill orders promptly.

* Provide warranties where applicable.

Fraudulent behavior will result in suspension or legal action.


7. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

* Review product specifications before purchase.

* Ensure they have the necessary certifications for restricted products.

* Use purchased equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.


8. Pricing & Payments

Prices are set by vendors. Payment options include:

* Direct payment

* MeddialPlus financing

* Approved institutional procurement contracts

MeddialCare may charge service or processing fees.


9. MeddialPlus Financing

Financing is subject to approval. Buyers must:

* Provide accurate financial information

* Comply with repayment terms

Late payments may result in penalties or service restrictions.


10. Meddialer Services

Meddialer provides installation, repair, and maintenance. By booking, users agree that:

* Service fees must be paid before or immediately after service.

* Only certified technicians will be assigned.

* MeddialCare is not responsible for damages arising from improper third‑party tampering.


11. Logistics & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary. MeddialCare works with approved logistics partners. Damage during transportation must be reported within (48 hours).


12. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Return eligibility depends on vendor policy. Items that have been installed, used, or unsealed may not qualify.

Disputes may be handled through:

* MeddialCare dispute resolution system

* Third‑party arbitration


13. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

* List or purchase illegal or unregulated medical equipment

* Misrepresent identity or certifications

* Reverse‑engineer platform systems

* Engage in fraudulent transactions


14. Intellectual Property

All platform content, logos, and systems are the property of MeddialCare. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


15. Data Privacy

MeddialCare collects and processes data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Data is used to:

* Process transactions

* Improve platform services

* Verify identities

We do not sell personal data.


16. Limitation of Liability

MeddialCare is not liable for:

* Damages from improper equipment use

* Losses caused by vendor negligence

* Business interruptions resulting from third‑party failures


17. Platform Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue services for maintenance or upgrades.


18. Termination

MeddialCare may suspend accounts for:

* Fraud

* Policy violations

* Illegal activities

Users may close accounts at any time.


19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other applicable jurisdictions where MeddialCare operates.


20. Updates to Terms

MeddialCare may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
